What I do if I get any product damaged? Do they change it me?

If you get beaten, manipulated, damaged items or to present any other problems please contact us at +34 943 691 280 phone or email info@cosmeticalixone.com and we will proceed to their replacement as soon as possible.

If I buy something that I am not satisfied, can I return it?

Indeed, has up to 14 days to return a product since it receives it if does not satisfy him. This is must meet the requirements set out in the conditions page. You may do so by completing the withdrawal document accessed with your username and password. You shall assume the expenses of return and once is received in our facilities will be reinstated.

If a product does not satisfy me can I change on the other?

We are sorry but we do not do direct changes. When you return the product, we will refund your amount and if you wish you can place a new order. Contact us if you want to make a return, and we will inform you how to proceed, once complete the withdrawal document for additional instructions.
